What began as a hobby became a passion - and now, a labour of love

My story

Hi, I’m Georgia — the heart and hands behind Made With Love by Georgi, based right here in Australia.

My crochet journey began back in high school during a textiles class, where I first learned the basics. What started as a school project quickly turned into a hobby, filled with lopsided scarves and wonky beanies (we all start somewhere!). Over time, life got busy, and my passion for crochet quietly faded into the background.

Fast forward to late 2024, I picked up my hook again — and this time, something truly clicked. I rediscovered not just crochet, but the joy, calm, and creativity it brings. I haven’t looked back since.

I’ve always been drawn to slow, comforting moments — and crochet became a way for me to create that same feeling. My skills grew, my confidence followed, and soon I found myself creating amigurumi pieces full of character, charm, and personality.

What began as a simple hobby has now blossomed into Made With Love by Georgi — a small handmade brand built on patience, creativity, and genuine love for the craft. Every piece is carefully handmade, with the hope that it brings a little warmth, joy, and magic into your life.
